Pursuant to Civil Code 4360, the Board of Directors has adopted the new Election Rules and Procedures, effective immediately. Should you have any question regarding this change, or would like to obtain a copy, please contact Management.

With the new fiscal year for the Association, the Board of Directors has reviewed the operating budget with the goal of providing efficient operations and funding adequate reserves to meet long-term requirements. Based on this review, the Board determined that, in order to maintain the financial integrity of the Association and to meet ongoing maintenance costs, which increase the aging process, a 18.97% increase in assessments will be effective May 1, 2020. As of May 1, 2020 the new assessments will be $69.00

With the new fiscal year for our Association, our Board of Directors has reviewed the operating budget with the goal of providing efficient operations and funding adequate reserves to meet long-term requirements. As a result of this review, the Board of Directors has determined that they are able to continue to maintain the quality of service within the Association and continue to fund reserves for future replacements without an increase in assessments. As of May 1, 2019, the assessments will remain $58.00.

The 2019 concert in the park will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019. More information on this event will be posted on the website as we get closer to the event.
