The 2020 Concert in the Park that was originally scheduled to be held on June 20, 2020 will not be held this year due to COVID-19. The Board may choose to do a Fall event later on this year so stay tuned for more details.
Many homeowners have contacted Management asking when the fuel modification zone behind the homes will completed and are concerned about fires. Typically, this is completed in May, however this year the meeting with the OCFA was delayed to to COVID-19. OCFA completed the initial inspection on June 8, 2020 and Park West will be completing all areas by the end of June 2020. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Pursuant to Civil Code 4360, the Board of Directors has adopted the new Election Rules and Procedures, effective immediately. Should you have any question regarding this change, or would like to obtain a copy, please contact Management.
With the new fiscal year for the Association, the Board of Directors has reviewed the operating budget with the goal of providing efficient operations and funding adequate reserves to meet long-term requirements. Based on this review, the Board determined that, in order to maintain the financial integrity of the Association and to meet ongoing maintenance costs, which increase the aging process, a 18.97% increase in assessments will be effective May 1, 2020.
