2022-2023 Budget

Effective May 1, 2022 the assessments will be increasing to $87.00 per month. If you are on autopay with your bank please update your autopay to ensure you are paying the correct amount.

2021 Annual Meeting Results

The 2021 Annual Meeting was held on February 17, 2021. Scott Berg, Marty Danko and Kain Guercci were elected to the Board of Directors to serve a two year term. Jack Roche and David Stevens were elected to the Board of Directors to serve a one year term.

2021-2022 Budget

Effective May 1, 2021 the assessments will remain at $69.00 per month. You will be receiving the 2021-2022 pro-forma operating budget in the mail shortly and it is available on the Resident Portal.

July Board Meeting

Community Updates

The 2020 Concert in the Park that was originally scheduled to be held on June 20, 2020 will not be held this year due to COVID-19. The Board may choose to do a Fall event later on this year so stay tuned for more details.

Many homeowners have contacted Management asking when the fuel modification zone behind the homes will completed and are concerned about fires. Typically, this is completed in May, however this year the meeting with the OCFA was delayed to to COVID-19. OCFA completed the initial inspection on June 8, 2020 and Park West will be completing all areas by the end of June 2020. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
